Please note if your driver’s license is currently suspended or pending a suspension with the DMV, submitting this application will NOT reinstate your driving privilege. Options will be discussed during your payment plan interview.
Per Florida Statute 28.246, a one-time administration fee of $25 will be charged to establish a payment plan.
