INTRODUCTION
In March 2014, the Florida Supreme Court ended the 10-year moratorium on electronic access to court documents, which permits Florida Clerks to post records online for public access. Included in the Supreme Court Administrative Orders AOSC 14-19, AOSC 15-18, AOSC 16-14 and AOSC 16-107, there are rules governing bulk access to records.
As a prospective customer of Polk County Clerk of Courts bulk data subscription service, you need to be aware of how these rules affect the data we are allowed to share.
